As President, Steve sees over the big picture and guides the staff using his vast experience as a business consultant and his experience in the Kaizen methodology of continuous improvement in manufacturing and systems.
With over 40 years of Grip-Tite experience, Mike has served in all capacities at Grip-Tite and offers a unique perspective to the staff as they look to improve Grip-Tite products and services daily.
Director of Operations
Andy works closely with production ensuing that Grip-Tite has the materials on hand to meet product demands and maintain proper inventory levels. He also assigns ship dates for all orders and ensures that our raw materials can provide products that meet the “Grip-Tite Quality” you have come to expect.
Tom relies upon over 37 years of Grip-Tite experience to oversee all aspects and functions of the manufacturing facility. His responsibilities include coordinating production, shipping and monitoring inventory levels with Andy as well as ensuring plant safety and quality control.
Director of Dealer Development
Nick is responsible for expanding the network of Grip-Tite dealers. He will also be traveling throughout our dealer network to work with our team in developing strategies and working with dealers to share his many years of experience in the foundation structural repair industry.
Dealer Support Specialist
Beth takes care of our entire customer ordering and shipping needs. Beginning with the processing and invoicing of our customers orders, ending with the shipping and delivery. She is generally the first voice you hear when calling Grip-Tite.
Accounting & Office Manager
Rene is in charge of of all accounting and office functions, including Accounts Receivables. She is also our Human Resource Manager and makes sure all of our great employees have what they need to function optimally.
